在这21天里，建议大家以这样的模式进行：专项训练+真题/模拟题实战+错题笔记，总结自己的应试技巧，时间分配如下：
前两周(第1天—第14天)：强度训练
周一至周五：专项训练。主要是练习阅读，听力，注意要严格按照考试时间和考试标准来，每次做完对照答案之后要总结，自己是怎么做错了，是不是老在一个地方犯错，比如做听力的时候数字老是听错，那么这个时候你就要找时间去专门听一些数字;
如果今天没做听力专项训练，那么你就要找时间听点听力了(BBC经济新闻就很适合用来练习)，可以不做题，主要是让耳朵不会生疏;
写作的话，因为都有固定的格式和模板，所以可以三天练一次，每次练习两篇，这两篇一定是不同种的，比如今天练习写图标描述和note，下次练习report和email，这样交叉练习，把格式都弄熟，平时积累的一些词语能用都尽量用上。
口语的练习可以很灵活，因为只要我们的嘴闲着的时候我们随时随地都可以练习，所以利用好闲散时间很重要哦，如果有口语搭档的话最好了，没有的话就自己跟自己说吧，不要为没有搭档而特别烦恼，如果考试时你的搭档沟通能力很强，那就很好办了，假如他不爱说话，那么你就得提前想一想到时候怎么引导他，要想一些询问对方意见的英文说法啊，或是其他的。
周六、周日：真题训练。一天一套真题或模拟题，做题时间尽量与考试时间一样，早上九点开始，每部分的时间都要严格控制好，这样比较容易发现我们在时间分配上的问题，尽早找出应对策略。最好能找到一些也考BEC的同学，大家在一起模拟。其实模拟最重要的目的是总结适合自己的答题技巧，很多同学都说BEC考试时间不够，所以如何在有限的时间内得到更多的分就要靠答题技巧，加入时间不够，什么题目是我要舍弃的，什么题目我答了就一定能拿分，自己的优劣势一定要提前分析出来，最后形成自己的应试策略。当然还有注意总结错误，写到本子上哦，考试之前拿出来看下，其实也不只是记录错题而已，还可以记一些自己的心得体会，如写作时要注意时态一致之类的。
最后一周(第15天—第20天)：实战演练+错题巩固
集中进行真题/模拟题训练，可以每天练习一次，最后两次练习一定一定要严格按照考试时间来做!每次模拟之前都要看一下错题笔记上的心得，最好把一些重要的摘出来，抄在封皮上，提醒自己要注意的地方。这一周是整理知识体系的时间，对于错题和真题的利用一定要把握好。
考试前一天(第21天)：
准备考试用品，熟悉考场，晚上的时候翻看一下错题笔记，看明天哪些地方是需要注意的，另外就是听听力了，最后就是按时睡觉!
